guys if you need some motivation to push through the exercises, just imagine someone is recording you and you don’t wanna stuff up. i pretend i’m at my gym class at school and the teacher is recording the class exercising for an advertisement for the school or something haha it’s actually really helpful

hi emi, i just wanna say that ive lost 7kgs within the past six weeks thanks to you. (from 62kg to 55kg) thank you so much for becoming one of the reasons i got motivated to lose weight and become healthier ✨

to those considering whether or not you should do emi’s workouts, trust me you really should! i never enjoyed exercising and i preferred starving diet but when i came across this channel i started to love it! and losing weight in a healthy way will make you feel so good and confident. my goal is 49kg and i really wanna have an 11 abs line. lets do this guys, goodluck! ❤️

I was diligently following another one of Emi's workout videos - Slim Legs in 20 Days, No Jumping for about 2 weeks and am trying this routine for the first time today. The burn was killer and I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath. But after all that, my thigh circumference went from ~54cm to ~50cm.
This workout is definitely more intense (and surprisingly I love it!) and gives me a bigger sense of achievement after I complete it. Hopefully after a week or two I'll remember to come back here and update my progress!
As of 11 June 2020: ~53kg with a ~50cm thigh circumference
To anyone else reading this, let's do it! As Emi says, no pain no gain, work for those slim legs!!

Hey everyone I just wanted to say I've been doing this workout and many of her other workouts for a couple months now and I'm literally so happy and grateful for Emi and my results. I've lost around 16 pounds and I'm still pushing to reach my goals. Yall dont know how much times I've given up and cried because I hated how I looked🥺. hey guyss i saw results i did this workout for almost 1 month my weight before was 54.8 kg and thigh were 23inches but now my weight is 50.9 kg and thigh are 21 inches m really happy i just ate healthy food and i even did dancing after workout. In morning i did bicycle riding tooo FOR MY SCHOOL in 4th week i started walking at night best of luck for u guysss stop this and go for another workout of emi wong !!! Doing this along with an arm and leg workout in the morning + sometimes will go to the gym as well
Doing it for 10 days first to see if it works
Note: I am doing OMAD, eating a good and nutritious breakfast (Make eggs but in a slightly different way, have some toast and just a juice or smoothie)
Also I did start this workout like 2 days ago thats why its mentioned + only doing all these workouts once
Let me know if you want the specifics for what I used in my smoothies and eggs + if you want the workouts I used. 2 were standing and the arms one was sitting. All from Emi Wong hehe

Day 1: ✅(Did the 3 workouts + a walking workout at home because I couldn't go to the gym today)

Day 3: ✅Did the 3 workouts + treadmill and bicycle thing in the gym, I can already see slight changes in my body! It is definitely not an inch, maybe a bit less than 1 cm? But that is great for 3 days!

alright i am in my room and commenting this no matter buddy how depressed, stressed and in a dark void you feel. if u are still here to do something for yourself for your body. trust me itz more than enough and when i say i am proud of you yes i am coz you are so strong for choosing the right and strict way to feel better rather than the easiest and most comfortable way which could be drügs or something else. you hear me? Just wanna say that my thighs are really big and it’s has been one of my biggest insecurities.. I’ve tried doing this workout and I felt the burn, but the problem was I couldn’t stop panting so I had to take a break, But next time I won’t! Ive managed to do this workout for 8:54 mins 💪

trust me when i say this i HATE working out but ive always wanted to be skinnier especially my thighs, but this workout was actually fun and im excited to do it again tomorrow :)
