This is the best standing slim waist workout because it is super quick, low impact and highly effective. The exercises target your obliques (side abs) and also helps reduce the muffin top & lower belly fat.
It’s a standing workout so you don’t even need any space or a yoga mat and it’s super silent!

THIS WORKOUT IS PRE- AND POSTNATAL FRIENDLY (if your doctor cleared you to exercise)

After a quick intro I will not be talking throughout the video so you can enjoy the music and focus on your body. There are no breaks in between exercises so you get super sweaty!

Try doing this 10 min workout everyday for the next 14 days to see amazing results! Yes, doing it once is better than never but consistency is key to see long lasting results!

Please note: nutrition is also super important if you want to lose fat! It is also easier to lose fat overall instead at one body part only. So consider incorporating also some strength and cardio workout into your routine.

I love this workout. Looks like a mild exercise but very intense. I started working out about 2 weeks ago but this broke me when I tried it 3 days ago. Wow i this for my love handles.

Hello, I really like your short workouts. They are very effective. I usually do 4 in a row. I wish more from them 😁 I can't do langes but I try my best. I managed to reduce my weight from 142, 5kg to 110kg (ok not only with the workouts, but they helped a lot.) Now I love to move I love to mix the short workouts, but I'm not sure how often I should make a day off. Please do more from such workouts 😉
