I really liked this workout because I have permanent sciatic nerve damage in my back down my legs. So this exercise really helped me tighten my core without charlie horsing in my legs. I was able to do both sets with my weights so this actually helped me. So thank you I will definitely be doing this workout all next week!

Thank you I was able to do these exercises I have Osteo arthritis rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and I had a knee replacement about four years ago. It was hard for me at the beginning but I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
