This workout is great to help you target those lower lug handles that we all hate, and are dying to get rid of.

I've been doing this workout every day, 6 days a week, in conjunction with a couple of other workouts, for about 2 months now. Let me tell you I'm stoked! I've lost about 4 inches and my muffin top is now a cupcake! Ha ha🤓 Meredith, Grace and Svelte are just awesome. Thanks for helping me feel fantastic!

I am 69 years old and in pretty good shape exercising, including walking/weights/stretching, five days a week. For the last month, I've been doing Meredith's muffin top workout three days a week. When I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in a month, I was greeted with a three pound weigh loss!! What a nice bonus! Thank you so much.

Love how the instructor explains what to do, how to do it, and why each move is effective in targeting certain areas. I’m so tired of the random people on YouTube just doing exercises and not telling us the correct way (how) or why it’s effective. Kudos to you!

I've tried lots of exercises that kind of work but in just days I saw results from this. I feel like I've gone back in time 10 years. I have so much strength, no stiffness and my waist has gone down in just a week. I've told all my friends about this because I cannot believe the amazing results. I can't thank you enough.

I really like this because this is something I can do at work when I've been sitting too long. A quick 5-minute workout and I'm back to work. I can do this multiple times throughout the day.

I have been doing this workout daily for about 3 weeks and have noticed such a difference! Not only is my core do much stronger but, my jeans fit better and i already lost inches on my waist!

At 68, this is my 30th day of Svelte workouts. I've been steady on my ellyptical for five years, but Svelte workouts have made the difference in getting toned. Love your workouts, Mere and Coach Gaby are inspiring!

Thanks for this. I've been working out to lose the Corona 30 since 1/11/21. I've lost close to 30 lbs so far. I started with 30 days of walking, then I added a 30 day challenge. I switched my challenge at 30 days so this workout would be a wonderful add to my current routine. Btw, I also changed my diet. I'm looking and feeling great. I posted all of this to encourage someone.

Thank you so much for these workouts. I work long days plus taking care of a Special needs child really makes me exhausted. I need the exercise but long drawn out exercises puts me off. These are great to do everyday I just keep saying it’s only 7 mins so easy to fit in. I end up doing 2 . Thank you 😊 💖
