so this is my second day doing this ab workout & I’ll update you each day I do it. I play high level soccer so some days I won’t be able to do it because of school and soccer and everything. (I started day one yesterday)


Day 1: it was pretty exhausting (considering I workout and go to the gym a lot) I had to make a few of the modifications when my core got rlly tired. also I had soccer practice today


Day 2: this day was a little less hard then yesterday.. my stomach didnt have much flub to begin with since I’m in pretty good shape but I can already tell my core is getting more strong. I’ll update u 🤑🤠🤪



Day 3: my abs are starting to get a little toned like I can almost see the line going down my stomach. I did the workout twice today one in the morning & one at night time. I will say the one at night time killed. (I might just end this because there r no likes or anything on this comment💀) oh and I also went to the gym today




Day 4: did the abs, with little modifications 😌


Day5: break| had tough training



Day 6: idk what to say lol but abs are getting more and mor toned, also drinking protein smoothies after I go to the gym now 🤠



Day 7: break cause I had soccer and lots of hw so didn’t have time



Day 8: you’d expect it would get easier but it still kills lol


Day 9: break



Day 10: update I stopped commenting since no one really liked it but I kept doing the workout.... comment if I should keep going???



Day11: I can do the workout with no modifications at all but the bicycles at the end still kill





Day 12: did the core workout plus added squats and lunges and stuff like that. I feel way more confident with my stomach/core and feel the 6 pack coming if I keep doing this.




Day13: did the workout slightly getting easier




Day 14: same thing as yesterday 🤠




Day15: I’ve been sick so have forgot to update y’all





Day 16: went to a soccer training and went to the gym (where I did the core workout)







Day idk: It’s been a while.... just so know i do have abs now. i just forgot to update this comment. just know that if you’re looking to get abs this workout definitely works! if you’re not getting results right away then just keep with it!!

I'm 15 and been doing this for a few months consistently and the results are definitely there. Don't give up and be patient guys! Drink lots of water:)

if you guys cant complete the entire workout- try a 45 second version and then while the clock is still running (for 15 seconds) take a rest

If ur looking for an honest feedback, here it is. This workout is soooo effective, but only if you do it constantly. Also eating healthy really puts your abs in play! I started to see much progress, now having pretty good abs. It’s all about consistency and balance!! Good job guys!!
