I love the towel stretches, been doing those for a long time. Seems to help the neurological problems that give me eye-pressure too... Thanks, dear Doc..🙏

My PT has me doing the towel neck stretches. They are helpful to me. I also seem to feel better after the kneeling by the side of the bed traction stretch. Thank you, Doctor for some excellent stretching!

I have seen multiple videos for reverse curve neck correction exercises. I have reverse curve of the neck and lordosis ( swayback) I have two issues i need to correct. Thank you for all the content. My question is i am kinda overwhelmed in all i should do... like how many exercises are too much and which ones really should i be focusing on. Very much appreciated.

The last stretching doesn't work for me due to my knee replacement that doesn't allow me to kneel fully with that knee, i.e.it doesn't bend enough. So... against the table then, squatting or something instead, or what?

I certainly won't be trying the head hang, as bad as I want to because I know it feels good but I'm afraid it will stir up the bppv I fight with.

Not sure if I can do these exercises. I have bone spurs on my neck, they do give me neuropathy when I lay down. I have had a lot of relief using a rolled towel on a fairly flat pillow with cushions under each arm.

Does this work for bulging or herniated disk?

I wish I could do the head hang off the bed (lying on my back). My muscles are so tight that my head stays parallel to the floor fighting gravity.

Love this. They're all good and I've added to the off the bed face up stretch holding my arms out to the side and bent while supporting my head and so I stretch my entire chest and shoulder joints at the same time and that feels fantastic. And then if you're flexible enough, stretching the arms up or overhead. Instead of just strwtching the neck we can get the entire upper trunk at one go. 🧞🥳🌞
