So are you in need of a quick neck release but unsure what to do, and maybe worried that you’ll do something wrong and hurt yourself?

In this video, Dr. Rowe shows the safest DIY way to release, pop, or crack your neck at home.

The result will be a release of tension on the soft tissues supporting the cervical spine, notably the upper trapezius (trap) muscle.

Also, theses exercises should help you have more overall movement in the neck, less achy pain, and overall stiffness.

Watch now and take one step towards better health!

This worked so well! Tried this on my brother and he's been asleep for a week. He seems so comfortable.😀😀😀

I miss him.

That stretch was so good. My neck did not crack but it feels so free again. I’d completely forgotten how good it feels to be able to move my neck freely again.

I'm a disabled vet and have been using several of your techniques for neck hips lower back knees etc. It has done wonders and the kinda depressing part is moreso than anything the military or even most civilian doctors have...the fact that it's free and out here for us is amazing and I'm truly thankful. If more people hade even light exercise as well as these stretches for target areas of pain I think many of us wouldn't even need to go to the doc or perhaps only once in while for check-up

Did that, I don't feel my legs anymore, but it was a hell of a crack

I just tried this method here and got a little "pop" from the base of my neck and loosened up a knot I'd had for literally three days. If I could like this video twice I would.

As a third year med student, you are my favorite chiropractor to follow. Thanks for these videos, doc!

I saw this exercise in another video, but it's good to have confirmation and I learned more about the dangers of improper neck bends/popping. Thank you!

Imagine if this was a prank, and he just taught us how to snap our own neck

You're telling me this now after I've been cracking my neck for like 7 years.

I was skeptical. I've been hurting on the left side of my neck, nearing towards the skull, for the past few days. Painkillers and regular stretching wasn't helping. This stretch really did provide a lot of relief. Thank you for this!

This actually did really work, my neck and shoulders are always tensed up from drawing and admittedly using my phone a lot. Thank you so much!
