The one handed low lunge was pretty intense for me but I loved it! The way you explain the postures and placement of the body is so helpful. Really helping me deepen my daily practice. Thank you 🙏🏽

Seriously this practice gave me life today, I was intensely sore and couldn't pick things up off the floor and now I feel like a cooked noodle.

OMG, this was so much more intense than I thought. I had my tigh muscles burning. But it is so good to hold the poses the correct way. Even though it is a little hard (I am a seasoned yogi but no athlete and I don't go to the gym) you just feel how good the correct posture is. And yes of course, great for flexibility too. That is another perfect class, SarahBeth, thank you so much. As always love from Austria. ❤️
