Emi, you make me feel so safe. I have a lot of trouble following other workouts because of my autism it can be very hard to trust somebody and when people are yelling in my ear to keep going it freaks me out a lot and scares me i want to enjoy exercising and finally be healthy after years of Binge eating im ashamed of my body right now but I don't feel ashamed when I watch your videos I'm going to start doing your challenges and hopefully I can get a better love for myself thanm you Emi!!!!💕💕

4 months ago when i first started this exercises my body weight was 59 kgs and after 4 months of exercise now my body weight is 52kgs, , it's a big achievement for me, i'm following your daily routine exercises, , thank you emi, ,for your motivation nd support, , which helping me a lot ... god may bless u and chad (bro)..i am from India 💕

At the beginning this was like a whole workout for me. Now after working out every second day for a month this turned into a warm-up! You can do it guys! 💕 It will get easier, just push yourself a little bit more every day and you will improve in no time! 🤗

I've been doing your workouts since 2 months..they are beginner friendly..and the way you motivate between the routine keeps me going..I've been able to stick to exercising only because of you..thank u soo much..😊

Emi you inspire me everyday. This is the first day I did this warm up routine. Would love small warm up routines before every challenges you make for abs, legs, whole body, etc. Boosts the energy and better results obtained. Love love ❤️

This was honestly a good workout.
