Can't start any workout without this warmup. So awesome. Thank you so much. It includes all the necessary moves to me my body going and ready to practice. Only....maybe you can come up with as effective warmup but shorter, like 5 minutes ?

I love this video ..I do it practically daily happily...The moves are simple and practically doable for anyone..The trainer as well as the two smiling girls in the video are a big plus for watching this video and doing it...

I love this warm up! I do it everytime before a workout. Sometimes I only do this in the mornings if I'm not feeling like I want to do a full workout, and most of the time I feel so great, I end up working out afterwards anyways. LOL! This stays on my workout playlist ! Thanks so much for a great warm up. 🖤

I love this warm-up because I am not huffing and puffing by the end. I also don't feel sore the next the day after exercising because of this warm-up!!

This one is so good for getting rid of soreness too! I love it as a warmup or as just a fun stretching routine before doing some more static stretching 😍
