Yoga helped me loose 20 kgs of my overweight. It was the weight I had put on due to my unhealthy eating patterns. Also, emotional disturbances were weighing me down 🏋🏻

My true weight loss began when I shifted from unhealthy foods to Satvic foods; no movement in the day to practicing yoga everyday and releasing many unresolved emotions like guilt, shame and resentment that I had suppressed for a long time 🙌🏼

Once I started making these small shifts, I found balance within myself and was able to do many valuable things in life 💟

Remember, yoga is a journey towards accepting and loving yourself fully. Once we embark on this path we begin to look better and more importantly feel better about ourselves. Being gentle towards oneself is the key 🔑

I started yoga when I was 30 yo because of back pain.
I lost weight doing yoga because my teacher told me not to eat 3 hours before doing asanas.
Very simple, I did yoga three times per day, no time to eat crap food.

This is so true. All my life, I have tried so many different terms of exercises for weight loss, but my weight kept fluctuating all the time. However, after attending the Satvic Movement 21 Days Challenge, I brought changes in my diet as well as the timings I eat, and I was shocked with the results. Henceforth, I agree 100% that diet plays an integral role in weight loss journey.

Food habit put a great impact on our body. I don’t follow any diet chart but i avoid junk food, sugar, oily food etc. I always eat keeping my stomach empty. I try to do some exercise. And it’s really very helpful. My skin is good and i loss my wait without any hardwork just follow some rules 😊
