I only use 2kg and 5kg, mainly because that's all I have and I can't go much higher for an old shoulder injury, but I love your workouts, always so stimulating 👏💛

W1 D2, used 4lbs and 8lbs since that's what I have. Need some heavier weights. But to make up I do longer reps to challenge myself

Hey could u maybe rearrange the times you upload to earlier? Because I work in the afternoon and I like to do the workouts before. It appears that it will come out at 14.00 in uk time but could you maybe change it to 8 or 9 am?
