I did 100 after finishing your beach arm workout! Thank to you my arms are much stronger. I’m 59 and I had been falling at least weekly. I have been doing your videos for about 3-4 months I haven’t fallen once! My balance has improved immensely!! I can’t thank you enough!! ❤

Stopped counting at 100..78yrs. Long hair....Must say I've pushed myself always. We can do this as long as we try. 😃

I am so glad i found you!!! Im 55 and i use to be in great shape but i have let myself go over the past few years and your workouts are perfect for me. Im working on consistency so i plan to do your workouts every morning before work. I did the stretching and the upper body workout and my arms are burning!! Keep up the great work and thank you 😊
