This 10 minute workout will tone your arms with weights, burn arm fat and sculpt your upper body. These minimal equipment best arm exercises for women will help show you how to lose arm fat and get rid of stubborn bingo wings for slim arms from home. All you need is dumbbells, but if you don't have them, don't worry, you can do the exercises without equipment.

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I will be trying this for 10 days.
My arms are weaker than other parts of my body for some reason. Both arms are 29cm.
Day 1: ✔️ I had to take a break half way through
Day 2: ✔️
Day 3: ✔️
Day 4: ✔️
Day 5: ✔️ 28.5 cm
Day 6: ✔️
Day 7: ✔️ 28 cm and still need a break in between the workouts
Day 8: ❌
Day 9: ✔️ 27 cm

You know you getting stronger when you come back to this workout after a month of doing another of her workouts with breaks. Now that I came back I feel stronger since there are no more breaks and thinking breaks are just baby steps to get stronger. Thank you Lilly you made me SO much stronger both physically and most of all mentally! 😁
