Enjoy this short, yet powerful guided meditation for being present with and nurturing difficult emotions with love and compassion. When you resist or resent difficult emotions, you add unnecessary suffering to your experience. If you can recognize these difficult emotions with love and compassion, you allow them to move through you and can reduce the added suffering.

wow. wow. wow.

I struggle with PTSD, and am going to therapy, I always have trouble allowing myself to cry, my body will quickly dissociate or push down the emotions, and I'm stuck with a tightness in my chest all day.

This has to be, the first ever meditation to allowed me to let my tears flow, intentionally. Thank you for guilding me through letting my emotions out. I feel the tightness soften. much much love!! I will listen again!

Thank you. Someone I love caused me great hurt today. I was about to call and 'have it out', full of anger and upset, but I did this meditation instead and am feeling more positive and calm about things, and able to let it go. I am glad I didn't call. You remond me to nurture myself, instead of having to prove myself in the right.

Hi, Im just here to say that in my experience, mediating when you are only stressed only helps for the day, but if you mediate on your good days, it seems to amplify the "good" effects on your bad days. if that makes sense.
Anyway, have a great day!

Just another note, everyday find something you are grateful for. Seems to help alot!

I envisioned my higher self being compassionate to my inner child during this moment where I feel such an upset emotion in my heart, made me more emotional but in a positive way - releasing the negative energy. Thank you!

This really helped me! As an abuse survivor I have so much unprocessed pain and anger. I honestly started crying during the meditation. I feel like it really helped me to get some of these emotions out, but also to give myself love and compassion. Thank you.
