By using your breath as an anchor, you can get grounded in the present moment at any time in your life and today we will practice this skill of being present. You are always focused on the present when you focus on your breath. You cannot get back a past breath and you cannot breathe in a future breath before the present moment.

This guided meditation will take you through a breath awareness practice, and a relaxing body scan, and build your connection to yourself and your confidence using positive statements.

This is the perfect guided meditation for first thing in the morning or right before bed. It can be practiced to build confidence before an important event. Practice any time of the day to relieve stress and anxiety or to connect with yourself.

I am so grateful for this meditation, for your soft calming voice, for your guidance. I enjoyed it immensely! I did it in the woods under a light rain sitting on yellow leaves and leaning against the tree trunk. Priceless… the smell of leaves and earth and the sound of raindrops helped me to be present in this moment. Thank you!

Your work has been a safety raft that prevented me frown drowning in my most turbulent seas. Through your words I arrive at firm land where relief and hope rush in through my nostrils with every breath. Yes, I must build myself a home, learn to gather food, fetch water and recognize the infinite marvels of life under my own circumstances. I’ve listened to this fully a few times throughout the month and this most recent time I entered an even DEEPER state of mediation I’ve never experienced before. At first it was scary (which has happened before) and I moved a little, but I just let go completely and it was honestly wonderful. Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this has helped me!
