My 4-year-old daughter did all of the lower level exercises with me throughout this work out!! Thank you for helping me foster a positive lifestyle for my kids, where exercise is fun and fitness is obtainable! Afterwards she showed me some of HER exercises—might have a future trainer on my hands!

This was just what I needed today. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and feeling tired today. I was debating between a nap and some exercise. Then this was was in my notifications. Perfect. So proud of myself, I managed most of the shred levels. I think the build it up style really helped me to push. Thank you!

Just finished this, love it. Reminds me of your old cardio tabata workout. I love your cardio workouts that are standing and start with a modified move, working up to a high intensity move, thank you😁

Pouring sweat as I write this! I had soo much fun. I woke up thinking I would need to modify but surprised myself when I didn't. My heart rate recovery time has definitely improved alot! Thank You for a great cardio workout. My legs got a good burn too on those curtsy lunges!

Loved this HIIT! Great format would love one with more kickboxing moves cause this 67 year old granny loves kickboxing it's total body! Thanks for the sweat! My heartrate was up there the whole time! Yee Haw!
