Today's workout is a 25 minute sweaty full body dumbbell session! The full body workout focuses more on muscular endurance, stamina, and cardio than it does strength due to the high intensity of the circuit. After every exercise, we will go straight into mountain climbers before resting. It is a dumbbell cardio shred workout that I guarantee you'll enjoy 😄

All you need for this sweaty workout is a pair of dumbbells! I would choose a lighter to medium resistance since we are integrating cardio between the exercises. I chose 10 lbs.

If you do not want to do the high intensity mountain climbers in between the exercises, you can do modified climbers that are slow and controlled. I show an example in the workout!

TIP: Make sure you control the dumbbells in each exercise. This workout will challenge your stability. Just do the best that you can and take breaks when you need!

FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT DETAILS:
- 40 seconds on
- 15 seconds (technically 10 of mountain climbers)
- 15 seconds rest
- after each circuit, a 1-2 minute rest
- 3 rounds of the circuit
