This is your 25 Minute BodyFit by Amy Cardio Shred Workout! This is day #8 of your FIRE Challenge. This is a bodyweight cardio workout where we will get your heart pumping and we will also get those muscles burning for sculpting and toning. As always I will give you lots of different options so you can work to your level. Are you ready? Let's do it!

This was a great workout. I loved all the options. And I did feel shredded after. And my heart was pumping and sweating like crazy. Amy does not disappoint

I had to convince me to show up today but once I started the workout and Ami said "you showed up today you are successful!" I felt full! I really don't get bored of your pep talks Ami! Much needed on the "bad" days so they become better! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you

I really appreciate the length + bodyweight. Now that the weather is easing up in Arlington, VA I'm trying to walk more. A 20 minute workout is great with an add-on walk. Thanks!
