Good morning and welcome to this full body yoga practice for all levels with a little bit of everything to help wake your body up and set you up for a great day.
As this is a 15 minute flow we will get started straight away, I will offer options throughout class to make the practice accessible to all levels.
This practice includes:
- Standing Side Bends
- Sun Salutations
- A Warrior Flow
- Hip & Hamstring Stretches
- Gentle Backbends
- Intention Setting (at the end)
