I love your setup. Showing different chapter's, having time frames showing each exercise. Giving more than any other exercise programs. Find this helpful. I have hardly moved around. Compared to what I used to science cortine started @ 2020 pandemic virus. I need an exercis that I will be able to try and keep up with. Please send me your program regularly.
