How to Fix a Low Shoulder at Home (NO EQUIPMENT!)
Показать описание
Dr. Rowe shows how to fix a high shoulder FOR GOOD. These easy exercises will be shown in a step-by-step guide that will help get rid of an unsightly, uneven shoulder quickly.
The first part will focus on stretching and releasing muscle and soft tissue tightness that might be responsible for pulling the shoulder downwards. This include five muscles commonly associated with a low shoulder: serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi (lats), lower trapezius, rhomboids, and pecs (chest).
The second part will focus on strengthening the muscles responsible for elevating, or bringing the shoulder up (notably the upper trapezius muscle). This may help build a STRONGER foundation in your neck, shoulder, and upper back and ward off future issues of a low shoulder.
