I use this exercise routine daily and my patients love it! When you're dealing with lower back pain the goal needs to be to strengthen your core and hips. That is exactly what this exercise routine is doing. Her is how I would structure it:
3 rounds:
1- McKenzie 15 reps
2- Quad Rock 8 reps
3- Low Bear Kick Backs 8 reps
4- Tall Kneeling Hinge 8 reps
5- Lunges 8 reps
