I have lower back pain for an year now. My MRI is normal. Dr has also tested and ruled out any kidney stones. I have my physiotherapy for 3 months, then chiropractic exercises for another 3 months. But till date my back pain is staying and it is not going away. Can you suggest some exercises Dr Milton ? may God bless you .

actually you need to have a hollow body position during a plank you will have much much more core active, the second exercise is the super weak beta man hollow body position
