Thank you so much Cindy. I've always done high impact aerobics, strength & dance. That all stopped these last 4 months. Your videos that I can do at home are great help. Can't thank you enough for all you do to keep us moving.

Very encouraging results I have been combining the 15 minute indoor walk and the 20 minute indoor walk and I am feeling and seeing some good results. Your instructions easy to follow and good presentation . Thank You !
