Schellea, I've been watching you for over a year now. I just finished the 14-day challenge. I've never looked forward to exercising, but I did with this workout because I knew I was doing something good just for me. You inspire all of us with your enthusiasm and encouragement. You make all of us feel capable of accomplishing whatever we set our minds to, even completing this challenge. I will continue to do some sort of exercise with you each day to tone my 67 year old body. I want to be flexible and fit. Thank you for the inspiration!

This is by far my most favorite stretch routine. Especially great for these stressful, uncertain times in which we live. In this stretch, Schellea, you have given us a gift of taking good care of ourselves, our hip flexors, and help to release the things that weigh us down. Thank you!
