I’m a 12 year old girl trying to loose weight it’s very hard, I’ve cried like 3 times in the shower looking at my body. Seeing all my siblings are skinny and I’m the odd one out is very hard, so starting tomorrow is the day my journey starts! Update: I'm now 13 years old and I've seen I've been loosing weight but these past few days has been very hard and I gained the weight back maybe more. I've bought a waist trainer I got meal apps to track what I eat in a day n stuff and I've also got exercise apps I'm thinking about asking my mom for a planet fitness membership and bring me as a guest :) if you are also trying to loose weight you got this and don't let nothing stop you.

weight loss tips i got from the video:

1. focus on yourself and the way you want to be
2. have your goals in place
3. avoid crazy diets
4. don’t see it as a diet but healthy lifestyle
5. sugars make you crave unhealthy food and it makes you hungry
6. drink lemon water as much as possible
7. don’t cut off things that you love to eat but eat them in less amounts
8. find ways to control your stress levels
9. count how much calories you are burning
10. walk or workout with a partner

y'all we can do this, i'm 14 y.o and i started dieting since april 2020, my starting weight was 109kg and now i'm 73kg and my belly is flat already, im still losing weight now, fighting xoxo

I’m starting on this upcoming Monday. Along with that I will be deleting my socials so I’m not distracted. I will workout 3 or more times a week, while dieting.
Age: 15
Start weight: 190 lbs
Goal weight: 155 lbs
I will keep everyone updated. I’ve got this and anyone else who plans to do something has got this. during the process remember you may not be at your goal yet, but you are closer than you were yesterday. <3

Just to let y’all know I’m not restricting my eating too much and I’m working out 3-4 times a week. I know I haven’t lost that much within 4 months but I’ve struggled and I’ve been back on a good area for about a month and a half now. It’s hard when others around you are eating such good food (like fast food) but just know that it’s all your mindset. If you are motivated then you can do it! Don’t doubt yourself or you’ll be too worried to push yourself. If I can do it so can you!! I believe in you :)

Okay guys, starting today I’m going to drink ONLY water and do a 30 minute walk everyday for 14 days like she suggested!! I’ll comment how I feel under this comment when the 14 days are up!

UPDATE: I’m not as bloated, I don’t have headaches and feel weird(since I was hydrated) and my skin definitely is clearing up. The only thing is going to the bathroom so much lol but overall I definitely say do it! The taste of sugary drinks and sodas is strong and different now too.
