GUYS BE AWARE: there are a ton of bot accounts spamming keto pills on my videos. i keep deleting them but they keep spamming and it's honestly annoying af. like i mentioned in the video, the weight loss industry is crazy rich because they try to make you believe that using a pill is magically going to make you lose weight and keep it off, WHICH IT WON'T, so please don't buy into it!!

Idk who needs this but here are some tips to speed up ur metabolism:
1) drink more water
2) green tea
3) don’t snack as often
4) lemon water

1. "Naturally skinny" (seeing one meal doesn't mean that person's every meal. Activity in a day...)
2. Diet all the time (Make sure you do a lifestyle change. Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle and choices)

Still eating carbs, but in smaller portions and only eating when I am hungry - so intermittent fasting hehe. Came here for more knowledge and inspiration to loose weight, got another 20 - 25 lbs to loose as per BMI. We go gurl 🥳

I am very overweight for my age. This video is 100% right. I used to eat super healthy and then get sick of it and start eating unhealthily and barely exercising everday. Now, I eat a healthy diet, with a treat or two every week and I don't exercise EVERY day. I've now gone from "extremely overweight" to "quite chubby". I'm really happy with my results and I hope you guys get the ones you want too xx

I used to be overweight now I'm a skinny legend
Here's how I did it!
Speeding up my metabolism:
Drink water first thing in the morning and than first get ready and and eat after 45 min
Also drink about 3 liters every day
Drink green tea or even better drink green matcha tea
(Tip if you drink green tea before a workout you will burn more fat)
Food swaps: instead of eating high calories sandwiches and chips I started eating veggies with hummed after school
And instead of eating sugary cereal I eat oatmeal with berries
Exercise:
I go to school by bike (30 min) and i exercise everyday 10 minutes of just dance and 20 minutes of cardio before going to sleep
And I go to gymnastics practice once a week 2 hours

I just wanted to say that when I was younger I was overweight. For many people I know were skinnier when they were younger and gained weight when they were older. I never really cared about my weight, so I ate whatever I wanted. But when I got older, I realized how skinny everyone was compared to me. So I started eating a lot less and started to exercise a lot more. I lost a lot of weight, and I am much happier with myself. I still am insecure about how I look, but it has gotten a lot better than before. Now I would be considered thick and not fat, and my friends tell me I should keep it that way and not be skinny because many girls would want to be like me. I still keep wanting to loose weight though. I try to eat healthy everyday, and exercise everyday. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Maybe this will motivate you and maybe it won’t. But I want you to know that you can do it. You will make it through. Even when you feel like you will change, you will. You just need to be patient.

also, if you eat 200 calories of fruit vs 200 calories of junk food, its not the same, if you eat junk food, you most likely will get bloated

Am I the only one that actually doesn't have like a really bad story behind wanting to lose weight. Like I'm a little chubby and want to lose weight for myself and for my health.
