I struggled for years but finally I was able to lose 80 pounds! My best advice is to take baby steps. It doesn't happen overnight and if you try to change your entire lifestyle so quickly you may end up getting overwhelmed and frustrated but If you ease into it and just try to be a little better each day. That is when the magic happens 😁

Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 it was a very slow and steady process..i didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie in take every 2 weeks until i hit the deficit i needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now i want to slowly integrate more calories until i hit maintenance!

I love how everything here is what i have. I love cold water so much i dont wanna drink warm water. I take cold showers because we dont have a heater. My room is freezing cold and i love it that way.
