Are you struggling with a pooch belly that won't go away even after trying a rigorous fat-loss program?

Perhaps there's another factor that contributes to the appearance of the pooch belly that you're not addressing.

In this video, you will learn about a neuromuscular solution that will help reduce the pooch belly.

If the pelvic floor is descending and the upper abs are contracting, the guts will move more down and forward, giving the appearance of a pooch belly. So, we need exercises that increase muscle activity of the pelvic floor but relax the upper abs.

That's where elevated frog breathing comes in. This exercise requires you to breathe silently while pushing the elbows down, allowing your entire torso to move, and your lower abs to move away with the exhale.

If done correctly, it can help reduce the appearance of the pooch belly. Watch the video to learn more about the theory behind it and how to perform the exercise correctly.

Thanks for your info. I have been trying to lose this for 18 months since a humerous break. Exercise has not been a problem. This explains it.

I have a pooch belly left over from losing 63 pounds from 247 to 184 at 5'10" height. I hate it. I'll give your suggestions a go. Thank you, Zac!

It isn't necessarily fat. I thought it was, but it's been part of my shape since I was 16, a cheerleader & 105 lbs. I had children, nothing changed really. I've always exercised, even pregnant. I now do 10 miles, 1 hr, 3x a week. Still there, but no "jiggle."
Finally, I realized omg, these are my intestines!!😂
It's normal, especially in women, to protect the reproductive organs.
Perfect example, Jennifer Aniston. Even this beautiful specimen of a woman, is a slight rounded area below the belly button. It's perfectly normal for women. Big difference between a slightly rounded area & overhang that may need extra help❤

This is so interesting and it’s amazing that I haven’t come across this type of information until now. I’ve been on a three year journey at 5’9” going from 218 pounds down to 150 pounds following a heart attack in 2021. And yet I still have a belly pooch. I just figured I had to continue to lose weight but when I got to 150, I knew I was too skinny everywhere else to continue to lose weight. I mean I’ve always noticed that I could hold my stomach in but I never thought it was just a matter of training those muscles down there. Thanks, Zac! I will be working on these exercises daily.

A caloric deficit should fix this. People just need to try out a healthy & balanced diet with lots of greens. Less processed food, no sugar & alcohol at all. Doing this and maintaining a caloric deficit for a few weeks should keep that off. Also: Walking, walking is golden. Don´t underestimate this guys.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Thanks for sharing this!! It’s not an intuitive series of actions at all & there’s no WAY I would’ve gleaned this on my own!!
