Hi! First of all, I want to make sure that this workout really works. I know this because I did this workout for 2 days and I lost about a kg. In addition to the fact that I lost weight, these exercises gave me a feeling of well-being.

Here’s some motivation fr y’all:
In 2 weeks you will feel it(the burn)
In 4 weeks you will see it (see the changes)
In 8 weeks you will hear it (you will get compliments)

Another one:
The only ‘bad’ workout is the one you didn’t do

Workout plans
* Avoid sugar (use honey or jaggery instead)
*Don't use brown sugar it does nothing
*Do the workout in a private room
* Don't say that your are working out to everyone they will know it when we loose weight
*Love your body and your mind 😊

Days when we are fit and slim we just ignore the workout videos after a bit of time mom or dad says that we are starting to gain weight after that you're our lifesaver 😂

Heyy guys im doing this for past 3 months and got a really good result I was 58kgs before n now im 46kgs I haven't reached my goal yet that is 40kgs 😅 hope I reach my goal and u too wishing u a veryy goodluck 🎉

Hi, I am 22 years old.
I have been doing this workout for the past 2 weeks. My weight before any exercise and diet was 81.7 kg. I did not skip this workout in the whole 2 weeks, but I did not check my weight. I am going to check my weight after a month. I will definitely tell you guys my weight after a month.
I am drinking at least 3 liters of water a day.
I am having a healthy diet.
I do walk at least 40-60 minutes a day.
I am also doing exercise to get slim back.
I know, will not have a drastic change, but I want to lose 25 kg before Eid. I have more than a month right now. If I work hard. Everything is possible.

Day 1 - Done ✅ . Did this with another set of exercise and walked for an hour too .
Day 2 - Done ✅

Idk about weight but I definitely lost 2 inches .

doing this & updating my progress for a week!
day 1: these are normally easy exercises but they definitely had me perspiring profusely
day 2: first part was slightly easier today but breathing became harder after the skipping motion stage
day 3: breathing was more stable today, sweated way more than yesterday though..
day 4: went smooth :) easiest day so far so i think i might do it twice today
day 5: felt the same like day 3, my calves were burninggg
day 6: i forgot to update day 6 and 7 but the last day felt easier than the 6th.
i definitely recommend eating less/dieting - feels easier and better results :)

hi guys, update! i’ve lost about 12kg now and ik it may not look like much in a year but i have been inconsistent but never give up progress is still progress!

doing this everyday until august (doing this three times a day, with a diet)
start kg:62.9 goal kg:45-40 height:5’3
checking my weight every week!
week one: I've lost around 5.3 kg!!
week two: lost around 4kg but still gained it back at the end of the week, not sure how.
week three: lost around 3 kg bc I stopped doing it 3 times a day!

This is so awesome and actually works. I did this for 3 days (today is the 3rd) and I was 138.89 lbs but within 3 days i lost a few ounces and i'm around 136 lbs now. Thank you so much for this
