This routine has literally transformed my life. I have been overweight since I was 10 years old. Now I am 43yrs old. My wife came across your channel when I was complaining that I am not able to find the right workout as I want slow burn and long-lasting results. Not in rush as 33yrs of overweight was a drag on all walks of my life. Since 2022, I was trying your "30-minute fat burning home workout for beginners. Achievable, low impact results." for like 3/4 days a week and it first gave me hope that my weight is stable. In Feb 2023, my doctor gave me the bad news that my A1C just crossed 6.5 and I am officially diabetic. Diabetes runs in the family, and I know the damage it can cause. So, I was devastated because my life really started to take off in the last three years, professionally and financially. When I was browsing for other routines, I came across this particular routine. So, I started doing this every morning without missing a single day. I started seeing results within two weeks. Finally, when my doctor scheduled one more lab test for my blood glucose, the new reading came down from 6.7 to 5.6 in just 4 months. My doctor was astonished and asked what I did. I told him that I started working out for one hour daily and that's it. Now that I lost 30lbs (Yes Thirty f*king pounds in 4 months), my confidence is in an altogether new level. I am socializing more and thinking about more events to attend. You kind of unshackled my inner self from this curse of being overweight. I may be dramatic here but boy, a big thank you for making this video. Keep up the good work. Really appreciate it from bottom of my heart.

Over the summer I have watched your videos almost every single day. This one is my favorite and go to. I add bridges, reverse situps, and squats between each part of the body we are working out. I have lost 65 pounds. I started out at 270 and now weigh 205. My goal is 180. Thank you so much for your videos and encouraging words. I now have much more energy to be the mom my kids deserve!

The way he says "COME ON !", makes me wanna do and achieve everything I want in my life !!! SO motivating and energetic ! I have been following Body Project Workouts for a month now, I feel a lot energetic and confident about my body's capability ! Okay so reasons this is a great workout:
1. I started this feeling sluggish and ended it feeling energetic
2. The modifications are awesome, even if you're not a beginner you might just want to take it a bit easier (or harder)
3. The instructions/instructors are great, clear and easy to follow
4. The positive attitude is infectious :)

Everytime i come here I tell myself "just get through the first 30 minutes" and i end up pushing myself to the entire hour. I havent stopped not ONCE after doing this for 5 days a week for 3 weeks. THANK YOU DANIEL AND ALEX

I'm diabetic and insulin dependent...I started doing body project with my wife.
This was back at the end of August 2020.
I have gotten to the point where 90% of the time I don't even need my nightly insulin injections cuz of you guys!!!
Love you guys and gals and thankful you are a part of my lifestyle now.

I'm 22, I suffer with anxiety and was diognosed with pcos, i'm overweight and 18stone feel horrible about my self and have no self esteam. Yet you guess motivate me so much and it's been 2 weeks and I'm already feeling better about myself, thank you alot! You also make it alot more fun than other youtubers i've tried where theyre silent during the workout, but you telling me kind words, jokes and encouraging feels sooo good!

I just wanna say thank you I was very sad and depressed we have a dog that lasted 16 years with us she passed away yesterday. I didn’t feel like doing nothing today. But I know I need it to do something for my body to keep going for my son. This helped a lot took my anxiousness .

I was a runner, did a marathon, then broke my leg and ankle. Learned to walk again, now I'm ready to get this weight off. Need something low impact. Praying to get stronger and run again.❤

I didn't know if I could handle the cardio after the obliques but holy cow did it feel SO GOOD to get to the finish line and clock in these calories.
I've been looking into finding more "walk with me" videos for days when I need an indoor cardio that isn't hard on me. LET ME TELL YOU, it is so hard when I don't have Daniel in there saying just about anything to perk my motivation forward. Those small words of encouragement given throughout these videos are really what pull me through-- I don't know where I and many of us would be without Body Project... Thank you so much!! 💜
