If you're feeling tight and weak, you need this prenatal yoga stretch flow! Pregnancy yoga is so perfect for preparing for labor whether you're in the first, second, or third trimester. These pregnancy safe exercises will get your blood flowing and your muscles working especially as you're using your diaphragmatic breathing.

Pregnancy is a time to tune into your body and listen to it carefully. If any of the movements feel painful or just "off", don't to them or modify the stretch (don't go into the pose as deeply or practice diaphragmatic breathing until the next pose). Let yourself be challenged, but don't over do it, Mama.

This was a great flow, it went so fast. I'm gonna write the sequence out so I can hold each pose longer.

I love your videos, thanks for making them! However this flow is a bit too fast for me.. I am in my third trimester and I have to check my balance, and also want to hold poses a bit longer to make sure that I do them correctly and I can fully enjoy the stretching that comes with them. I will adapt the sequence so to make it a bit longer and less fast paced

I enjoyed doing this flow. I have one suggestion though. I found your pace a bit faster. I feel that you should give a minute or so more to each pose. Because these stretches are so nice, it'll be more helpful if during the video we can hold then for a little longer. Thanks.
