Today we are doing a 15-Minute Pregnancy Pilates Workout For Strengthening and Toning! You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! I hope you feel amazing after this short pregnancy workout (safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).

If you're a beginner or find she's going too fast I recommend playing it at 0.75x speed.

Thank you for such excellent information! I tried this Pilates workout for the first time now at 15weeks & I felt the burn 🔥 I followed-up with the stretching video you recommended! Awesome combo! I woke up feeling sluggish but thanks to this workout I am up and ready for the rest of the day 😊

I'm not sure if it's a me-thing or a pregnancy thing, but lifting the lower leg to meet the top leg causes some serious muscle pulling pain in my obliques! Same thing happened in another video where you lift both legs at the same time. I have to modify by putting the toe of my top leg crossed over in front of me and only lift my bottom leg.
