Almost 32 weeks and have been doing this since third trimester started. I feel the pain mostly down in my tailbone and this routine kills the pain almost instantly! I do this every night before bed and it helps me get a much better night's sleep!

It’s crazy how much relief I felt from the very first stretch/exercise. Thank you so much for this video. It felt like my back got more and more relief as the video continued and I am in the middle of my second trimester.

I am 19 weeks pregnant and the past week I have felt an old lower back and hip injury flair up again. My physical therapist warned me it would potentially hurt during pregnancy. All of the exercises he left me with had me on my back so I luckily found this video. Already feel so much better. Thank you! ❤

I didn’t want to do these bc it looked SO EMBARRASSING but my back pain has been unbearable recently so I swallowed my pride and tried it. It’s amazing! I feel so much better!! It’s like a huge weight was removed from my back

I have pelvic girdle pain (SPD), and I’m only 17 weeks and sometimes it’s hard for me to walk and so incredibly painful it feels like my lower back & hip muscles are going to tear in half. I was able to do everything in the video at my own pace and I did notice a big difference in the severity of my flare up. I’m definitely glad I found this! And I’ll be sharing with my preggo friends as well.
