14 weeks pregnant! This was my first workout back after battling terrible morning sickness the whole first trimester! Felt so good to move my body!

Currently 28 weeks! And this is my first REAL work out while pregnant coz all I do is walking, because Im afraid to try it at first thinking it could harm my baby and well, pregnant ladies tend to be lazy. Haha but I will try to maintain this exercise everyday until my delivery to keep me active and healthy. Thank you so much! 😍 may all the pregnant ladies like me out there have a safe pregnancy and delivery! 🙌💖

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and this was my first workout in 3 months. I was stuck to the bed because of extreme fatigue and went from exercising 4-5 times a week (pre-pregnant) to none. I found this workout was a great starter after such an intense and long period of not moving. Thank you!

16 weeks! I finally got over fatigue and nausea ! I did this and I was working up a sweat! Before pregnancy I was squatting close 200 pounds and running 3 miles. But h haven’t been in the gym since I was 6 weeks. I’m definitely doing this instead of walking in the morning!



To all my ladies out there, we can do it and we will have healthy, intelligent, and wonderful little human beings!

These 15 minute videos are life savers during my second pregnancy. Having a kid I usually am limited on time to workout and these 15/20 minute video let me get a quick workout in and feel good the rest of the day! Keep them coming!

I'm 14 weeks and so relieved to be past the nausea! This movement was the perfect amount of challenge to get back into moving my body after LOTS of time on the couch with nausea. I also really appreciate that you give lots of modifications so I can ease back into working out and not overdo it!
