Thank you for this video. I had not done yoga since finding out I was pregnant and I had no idea how stiff I had gotten! This really helped me realize that I need to be taking the time for yoga every day now.

I’ve suffered with such bad low back and hip pain ever since my 1st pregnancy, I’m now pregnant again and the pain is affecting my sleep :( it seemed like no stretch would get to it.. I’m glad I’ve came across this video and will definitely be doing more of her videos throughout my pregnancy ! It really reached the part that were hurting! New mamas, I can’t stress enough about preparing your body for child birth and after! I really wish I took more care before!

I'm definitely not pregnant lol but I did go through a major back surgery last year and have been pretty much convalescent on the couch ever since. I gained a ton of weight and wasn't really doing anything physical. This vid is helping me a lot. Thank you.

I've been practising this sequence daily since my 4th month. And now I'm 9 months pregnant and still continue to do these stretches every morning. It really helps me avoid back pain and heaviness in my body in the morning and encourages to start my day on a positive note. Thank you so much for preparing these wonderful videos🌷

thank you!! I like these videos that are more chilled, I do them the days I am exhausted and I can't do anything, but then i push a little to do this and then I feel better. I like the variety of intensity your videos have, so I can choose whenever I feel full of energy or half dead, like today!

Thank you so much! I’m at 26 weeks and am carrying high so I’ve had extreme acid reflux, pain in my upper spine, and bruising on and around my rib cage. I just started following you yesterday and I’ve followed two of your practices and already feel released tension and less stress. Hoping it may help with the pain as well. 🤞🏼💞
