I know this is an older video- but I found it while hunting for stretching videos I could use before bed that weren’t too long since pregnancy means I want sleep ASAP lol. I really loved the visual countdown you had up and oh my word. In all the videos I’ve watched I hadn’t had one teach the IT band stretch. Holy moly I needed that. Thank you!

Hi Lauren, new to your workouts and working through the second trimester playlist. This has been a godsend - I used to do intense workouts but the first trimester has been so rough, these workouts have been a great reminder that I have to know my limits but I can still get some focused movement time. Thank you!

Idk if it’s my extremely weak core or what but the clam exercises and the side forearm planks were impossible to do. Can you provide alternatives for those please?
