This is a Cardio and Glutes HIIT Workout. You can try this at home without any equipment. Building your glutes while burning fat!

As our bodies are all different, you can change the number or reps or rest time accordingly to your own pace. Just make sure to have steady breathing throughout the exercise.

Most importantly, remember to have a healthy diet, avoiding deep fried and sweet food.

Here is what I eat today:
Breakfast: 2 x scrambled eggs, 2 whole meal bread with peanut butter. Black coffee without sugar.
Snack: Handful of Almonds.
Lunch: Chicken Rice
Snack: 1 x Apple
Dinner: Oatmeal with dried cranberries and grilled chicken.

Do some light stretching before starting workout.
