OK team this extreme HIIT cardio workout is no joke! We are getting that heart rate up and working on our cardiovascular endurance with this one. No equipment needed and no repeats so you can easily workout from home and get that cardio in. Perform each bodyweight exercise with intensity and just do your best!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
20 Minute HIIT Circuit: 40s work + 10s Rest x1 round

Yay HIIT cardio! This one is intense! I LOVE the 10 second break between moves, and also that while the exercises are intense, they are uncomplicated to perform. That burpee jack at the end was a perfect finisher. Thanks for another awesome workout Heather, I appreciate you so much! 💙😀

For anyone who might care! I‘m 157 cm, i couldn’t stick to the original 10 s break, so i made it 20 s break.. and i burned 237 cal according to my apple watch !

I’m recovering from a moderate case of COVID and this is the first time in a month and a half I have been able to do anything high intensity. It was amazing and just the right length for me!

I’m a big fan of no repeat workouts. I tend to get bored quickly and for moves I don’t care for as much (burpees, I’m talking to you), the thought of doing more than one rep just makes me want to quit. This workout was challenging for me as someone in their mid-50s. I did have to stop short on some of the intervals but I loved that every muscle got a workout. Those plank saws are HARD! My shoulders were screaming 😊. I’ve definitely noticed progress though. When I first started your workouts, I couldn’t do the crab dance and struggled with the prisoner kneel downs. Now I can do them both. I also really appreciate how quiet your workouts are - I can get up early and do a session without waking up my husband. Always a good thing!

I’m following the February calendar schedule this was insane I wanted to quit after 16 mins but I paused to take a break for 1 min or so and pressed play and finished it. Wow !

yesterday I tried this after 2 years of not working out at all and I could just do 20 minutes with 2 breaks. Today I did it whole with one break at 15 min. I'm proud :)
