Strange times, right? We hope you're all staying safe. We're in WA State, and things are getting a little crazy here. We're hoping to be able to keep up with our regular publishing schedule, in order to help you keep active through this time. Here are a few easy tips that can help you increase your chances of staying healthy:
✅ Exercise moderately. Working out can help boost the immune system, but do not work out strenuously if you don’t feel well or if you’re feeling very stressed. This is not the time for gains; focus on feeling good and just getting in some enjoyable movement. Remember exercise can be a great way to reduce stress & improve immune function (both mental & physical stress can negatively impact your immune system).

✅ Eat healthily; eat in a way that makes you feel great, and that supports your body’s health.

✅ Drink lots of water; follow your body’s cues in order to ensure ideal hydration.

✅ Drop stress levels as much as possible, and implement healthy coping strategies to keep your immune system strong


✅ Stop touching your face, especially eyes, nose and mouth

✅ Clean & sanitize your most frequented surfaces; your cellphone, door handles, the steering wheel of your car, countertops, light switches, remotes, laptop keyboards, countertops, etc

✅ If you feel sick, please stay home! Even if you feel well enough to go to work and carry on with your regular routine, there are people out there who may be severely impacted by the same bug that’s a breeze for you to get through. In fact, thousands of people die from the flu each year. Even if you feel like you can “power through”, think of those who are immunocompromised, babies who are still building their immune systems, and the older population.

✅And, maybe just stay home either way - Social distancing is proving to be one of the most effective ways to slow the spread of this virus. A little bit of patience in this situation can go a long ways.

✅ Stay calm, and try to keep a positive outlook on your body and your health. Tell yourself “my immune system is strong, and my body is healthy!”. We all know that mindset can go a long ways in impacting the way you feel. Even if it just made a fraction of a difference, why not give yourself that slight advantage & generally optimistic outlook?

This really isn’t about any one of us, so much as all of us, and how our decisions impact each other.

Amazing Channel!!! I am a physical education teacher and we are transitioning like most of the schools in the country to online learning. PE presents some additional challenges that other classes do not have. Sharing links to these videos is going to be a great way to give my students the tools to stay healthy during this crazy time. I love that you are normally clothed so it is just a little more appropriate for the academic setting and you are a great example not only in explanation but action. Thank you for doing this!

I'm from Italy, and as you all know we are locked down in our house. You guys are helping me a lot during this tough days of uncertainty and isolation. I recommend your videos to everyone I know, moving my body for an half hour a day is the best thing I can do right now to face the day with positivity❤️ thank you ❤️

Just did this and it's definitely going into my playlist. It passed so quickly yet I felt challenged. Thank you guys so much for helping me and so many others in their journeys. I've been working out with you since 2014 and a low impact program would be so beneficial for people that is advices to stay home (not sick). We have to keep our mind and body healthy. I know that I have to wash my hands, I cleaned my house, I take care of my mom and I just follow official information twice a day. There's nothing else I csn do. Just being positive and continue working out. Love you guys and please everyone stay safe!

I had a horrible day today. I spent all day looking at the news. My family is in Colombia and I am living in the US, so I am alone at home thinking about the possible outcomes for this COVID-19 situation. No way out of here, trying to work from home, all my plans are on hold. At the end of the day I thought "I am gonna exercise, what the hell" and I tried this. During the 38.08 minutes this work-out lasted I completely stopped thinking of the future, my family, my plans and all that. The only thing I could think was "Fuck! Daniel, this hurts!". At the end I was so sweaty. It was refreshing!!. Your work has made a huge difference in my life and in days like this, I am glad I can exercise with you guys. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this! I noticed a new function on YouTube where I could search for workouts not watched before…only 3 HIIT workouts came up, so I have watched/completed nearly all of them! Anyway, I loved this one. Perfect to get sweaty and burn some calories. 10/10.

This was fabulous - thank you! Been going through all your 'No Equipment' workouts over the last 2 weeks due to 'lockdown' and not having equipment at home so this type of workout is brilliant. Thank you very much! Daniel, you should do some guided meditation videos for us - you'd deffo have us all chilled and relaxed!
