Thank you, Jackie. I loved that! My practice is a little more advanced and I appreciate the different options you provide. At the same time, I’m finding your classes are much safer and I am not having the issues with sore knees, shoulders, neck, etc. that some of the flow classes, led by younger, more flexible practitioners, leave me with. At 56yrs I’m (finally) accepting my limitations, while making sure I keep challenging myself in a safe way. I’m so grateful for the body I have. I’m so grateful to be able to access YouTube. I’m so very grateful to have found your classes 😊
