Anyone that says Yoga isn't a workout hasn't done this one! Dripping sweat, LOVE IT. I do SBY every single day and I love that I don't need to look at the screen. Wonderful narration without a bunch of babbling extra stuff. THANKS!

OMG when you say it's intense, you mean it! I couldn't do all the poses in this video, but I look forward to coming back to this one again and again until I can.

Love the way you guide us through the poses and how encouraging you are - it makes it so much easier to be gentle with myself even when I can't get through everything. 💕

Dam I was just looking for a Lil yoga practice after my jog before bed. Girl this and me sweating more than my jog, can't believe I made it to the end. Super intense and made me feel super powerful. Thank you. Namaste 🙏

Started doing yoga about 2 months ago now, I went to a Wounded Warrior Project retreat they had us do nite yoga and it helped me sleep and waking up I didnt feel so tight. I have been doing Sarah Beth Yoga almost every day now, I feel strong, have less pain every day and can keep up with my kids. Awesome job on these videos I have tried a couple other yoga channels and always end up back here there organized and well recorded and very informative. THANK YOU!!!

Dude yoga is so much harder than I thought it was, I’m a moderately in shape 16 year old and I could only get to the 10 minute mark.
