Hi SarahBeth, this was so relaxing. I am transitioning from doing high impact cardio/hiit/ and strength training to yoga and pilates. My body feels over stressed and burned out. I am amazed at how your yoga videos strengthen and relax at the same time. I love how the breathing goes with every move. I'm learning so much from you. Thank you!

Somebody who doesn’t deserve the time it would take me to write his name really hurt me this morning, then i thought i was gonna cry but instead the emotion became anger!! Old me would’ve retaliated but the yogi me (a much improved me!) decided to do a challenging yoga (my family have had a bereavement so I didn’t do challenging yoga practices, I had barely enough time for a quick basic one as I nursed this family member in my home through his last week of life) so I did this yoga video “with” you Sarah Beth and fellow yogis and let the anger be dispersed this way instead. I feel so much better and can deal with anything in a calm healthy manner now ❤❤❤ again Sarah Beth you’re a real help to me and an inspiration 🌻

Strength and Tone in twenty is another great workout from Sarah Beth! My muscles were burning in the beginning (especially my abs) and then followed up with a great stretch. Thanks for another quick, but great, yoga video Sarah Beth!

I have done this routine twice now. I currently feel like jello, but its a good level for me. Challenging but not destroying my muscles
