i know its not everyones favorite but I think the verbal cues are amazing!! not only a nice distraction, but it always helps me get the most out of the workout by guaranteeing i do everything right like keeping my back flat, managing my breath etc.

Love this workout! I try to do the longer ones or the monthly plans regularly, but it's really nice to have shorter videos like this for days when I feel like skipping but still want to keep the habit and stay consistent. Seriously, I'm always so glad after I've done these. 5 minutes makes a huge change! The verbal cues were SO HELPFUL!! the way you described every exercise was so easy to understand and follow and the breathing cues were very much needed. I've never been able to do the glued leg drops for more than 2 reps but today I did all of them!

Never felt such an intense burn from an ab workout before! I love how quick it is, makes it so much easier to stay consistent, and honestly, it burns better than a lot of longer workouts. Plus the verbal cues are literally a game changer, not just for keeping a good form but it helps me focus more on breathing which makes all the difference!

i’ve been doing these workouts since april, and i just got an IUD in so i had to take a break. def lost some strength but this was the perfect workout to get back into it, and not push my body too hard right away! thank you girly 💚
