Excellent! My core is not as weak as i thought. My neck muscles felt very weak. I hope over time they will get strong.

Hi, i have certain issues that makes it difficult for intense exercise so i wanna get into yoga, Weirdly enough though, there are poses where i dont feel the muscles engaged. Especially the one where you turn knees to the side while back and arms spread out. I barely feel a pull on my side which doesnt make sense cause ive no core at all. Is there a way to engage it more if theres no more left to move in the body?
