day 1:✅ did it but I took a few breaks
day 2:✅ it was a lot easier
day 3:✅ today it was really strange, it was easier but at the same time I was feeling much more tired. didn’t give up tho!
day 4:❌ today was a horrible day, i’ve overeaten a lot and i didn’t do it
day 5:✅ did it and i did also other workouts
day 6: ✅did it in a rush cause I was late
day 7:✅ did it!
of course there wasn’t changes cause i only did it for a week but i will try others workout next week

So I have done some similar workouts and I don’t feel much of a difference in my core (abdominal muscles). Instead, I always feel the intense burn in my legs. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. 😅
