This series could not have come at a better time. I love to move: walking, swimming, dancing, yoga, Pilates--you name it. But every now and then, a "plateau" phase occurs, and motivation to move runs low. With these "quickies, " I tell myself I'll do just one--and when I'm done, I feel like I want to move more, so I do! Thanks so much for the Spring breath of fresh air...

Jessica, as ever, you are a marvel. Our rainy season started two weeks ago and I managed to slip on rain-soaked tiles and hurt my arm, back and foot. Very sorry for myself since swimsuit season starts in December i(Southern Hemisphere), but these little bite-sized videos are fantastic for making me feel that I'm just doing a bit of movement and shaping. I'm trying to get into shape for my final year of university formal dinner. My mom, sister and I often use your videos so I thought I'd ty this one. It felt nice and gentle until that last set, but that big stretch at the end was perfect!

Hi Jessica, I had the same surgery as yours. My uterus and fallopian tubes were removed, my bladder and rectum was repaired. Is doing abdominal exercises safe for the bladder repair? I'm really scared of damaging the repair. My surgery was on November 25, 2021. Also is it safe to run and do the elliptical?
