I just want to tell u that I am doing Anna's stretching routine since lockdown and before lockdown I even can't do a backbend but after doing Anna's these all stretching routines now I am Soo flexible I have got my teardrop backbend, scorpion, middle splits and over splits !
I highly recommend u guys to follow Anna's stretching routines 😊

wish I knew how important being flexible was when I was younger! so much easier to maintain flexibility and prevent back pain when you continue maintaining it from a young age

Before quarantine, I was probably the least flexible person in the country, and then I saw a contortionist on Cirque de Soleil and I was like "Oh my gosh, I want to do that!" To start my expedition, I searched up "Easy Beginner Streches to be Really Flexible" When that search ran, I clicked on the second video. It was Anna's. I did those streches for about a week and I got my splits! Then I moved on to intermediate streches and now I can do: a scorpion, backbend, 200° oversplit, a chair backbend, a bridge on my knees and elbows, I can almost do a teardrop backbend, and I can probably do a cheststand, but my mother doesn't let me lol. Anyway, thank you so much, Anna.

Update from one month later: I can do a teardrop!
Update from four months later: I can do a needle!
Update from 8 months later: I lost my teardrop
