New splits challenge wohoooo 21 days! WE GOT THIS! Take your time during each stretch, breathe and try to go a bit deeper with each breath! In the challenge we now have a warm up that you can do before doing the split stretches to make sure your body is safe and to prevent injuries :) You can also do the challenge right after your workouts!

Do this video minimum once a day, ideally twice a day, morning and night! Also follow the other videos in the challenge for extra results and more stretching exercises :)

I have been trying to get my splits for a while now and have tried many stretch routines and after this one I get my splits for the first time !!!! 🎉 thank you so much 😆

Yay, this was awesome! 💪 Just completed the 21-day flexibility stretch for beginners challenge and OMG, I already feel a huge difference in my flexibility. 🤸‍♀️ I'm so proud of myself for following this video, even though I struggled a bit with the wide-legged forward fold, but I'll keep practicing until I nail it! 👊 Your videos are amazing, and I adore how you always select breathtaking views to enhance the entire experience. 🌄 Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! 😍

I really enjoy your stretching videos. I’m 50 and trying to get back in shape after being very sedentary during the pandemic. Your videos are really helping, except I find the pigeon poses too challenging still. Please create more 20-30 minute routines.

Is that okay that after doing stretches while doing shavasana I can't breath from pain on my lower back?
